Not that I've been able to find. I believe there used to be some
gateways that allowed this to happen a number of years ago but they
have disappearred as far as I can tell. :-/

Sure thing. I actually live in Barrie, which is about 100 km (60
miles) north of Toronto but I go to Toronto quite often as I have a
number of friends there.
Toronto may also become a meeting place for a number of people who
want to share the travel cost to KFest this year. If we get too many
people we may end up having to rent an RV or a bus to get us there.
:-) At present I have myself and two or three tentatives to meet in
Toronto to head down and we might end up picking up a few more people
on the way to Kansas.
