The two devices are totally different.
The Ramcharger is a Disk II sized box that contains a power supply
(transformer) and battery that would connect up to a Ramfactor
memory card.
The RamKeeper is a card that fits in the IIgs memory slot. Two memory
cards can be attatched to it. It allows the two ram cards to be used as
one and a selectable amount can be partitioned off as a romdisk. They
came with a small transformer and a battery
The downsides are the cards are Rom 1 or 3 specific,only some memory
cards are compatible, and there's not a lot of room for 3 cards at that
location especially in a highly populated IIgs.
