On the IIe, you can use a program named DSK2FILE to move images to 
5.25" disks. If you have access to a IIgs, you can also use Ninjaforce's
Asimov which is much more user-friendly. 

To move non-emulator .sdk archives back to 5.25", use ShrinkIt.
