Mitchell Spector was the one who posted this recommendation and
to tell you the truth, the FCC (and Canada's equivalent) agrees with
him.

However, I've took the power supply out and also took out the
shielding from the case.  I've experienced no interference
problems either with my other computer or with my radio or
television.  It fact, not having the PS and the shielding seems
to help the TWGS keep stable and cool.
