    Just the same, anyone looking for the old official FAQ's (written
by Nathan Mates) can still find them at: http://www.apple2.org/faq

    I still recommend those to new and old users as they're much more
accurate and error-free, in addition to being better organized and
straight forward. I'm not trying to discredit Rubywand's FAQ's, but
as they currently stand (made up mostly of post clippings from this
group) they're better suited as supplimentary reading material than
an outright replacement to Nathan's FAQ(s). That's just my opinion.

    If I'm not mistaken, 'A9M0106' is the platinum Apple 3.5 drive
that is standard for the IIgs, and yep, it does work with the UDC 
card.

    One note about it working with any Apple made 3.5 drive: If you
hook up a beige Macintosh 400K or 800K external, you'll need a paper
clip to eject disks manually. As for the SuperDrive, that'll work
too, but obviously it'll be treated as an 800K drive. UniDisk 3.5
drives work on some revisions of the UDC but not others (I can't
remember which, but I'd suspect only the older cards).
