Some of those items are third party add ons that I have installed (but
not necesarily active) on my hard drive. I have the English versions
only.

FinderBlank is Finder Blanker, a screen saver that blanks the screen.
FinderSound: Lets you play sounds from the Finder
Scarabaeidae: Removes all finder data files from the selected volume or
folder
Vmonitor.II is Visit Monitor II, the FTA's enhancements to the Visit
Monitor CDA.
the MIDI CDEV is found on one of the six disks of System 6. I don't feel
like going through my origional disks to find which one.
