Ah, in that case an Apple II Plus, IIe or IIc will do just fine
(or for that matter, any of the Apple II compatibles and clones out
there, there were quite a few).
A floppy drive and controller with joystick are all you need
with it, as it can hook it directly up to a VCR or semi-modern TV
and display color graphics in games.

That is still one of my favorites too. :) Note though that
Wings of Fury requires an Apple IIe with 128K though.

Definitely a good place to start looking. If worse comes to
worse you can always use an Apple II emulator to play those old
games on a PC or Mac, but it's not quite the same experience.
