"Fast.Font" isn't actually a font, it is a set of routines used
by GS/OS to help speed things up when rendering/scrolling bitmapped
fonts, if more than 512K is present (I'm going from memory here, so
I could be off, though it is definitely a system file).
The Apple IIgs uses 'Shaston.8' as the default font under GS/OS
and ProDOS 16. This font is actually ROM based, so you won't find
it in the System folder or anywhere on disk.
