Your in luck, I just barely populated mine. Each row is 512K bytes of
RAM. I used 21014 - 08 to fill mine. I pulled mine off of a an old 386
motherboard. They work great. I believe the generic number for the
chip is 414256. I can't remember exactly, but you should be able to
find an equal to the 21014. Mine are 80nS chips, but I don't think they
need to be that fast. I think you can get by with 120nS chips.
