Re: RamPak 4GS --- What size RAM chips?



I used  TC514256AP-80 to upgrade one of these cards. It uses the same chips
as the 256k memory on the Ramfast SCSI card.  At the time I upgraded the
SCSI card to 1 meg and used the old chips in the RAMPAK 4GS.
