Whoa!  I shortened some wires and ran some tests.  It booted 20 out of 25
times.  That's a huge improvement.  It's in a solderless breadboard that
picks up lots of noise.  I'll have to solder together a better prototype
soon.  BTW, I have a game on the board now (H.E.R.O)  I can play the game
even, but once in a while it has a messed up graphic and one time it gave me
infinite lives.  I didn't think I should get to level 12 after not playing
it for years.  :-)
