I'm fairly certain this app was developed for GNO/ME by one of the
programmer's who had access to GS/TCP back when Derek Taubert was 
working on it. Possibly Dave Roberts?? At any rate, I'd be surprised
if it worked without GNO/ME and/or even GS/TCP.
