I found a program(on asimov, which no longer seems to be up :(     )
called Super Saltine Transcopy. It looks like it's a program that was
originally used by pirates to send copy protected disks by modem
(turns one copy protected disk into two non-protected disks.) When I
tested it out with an emulator by changing NIB to DSK and back it
seemed to work, however, when I tried it out on a //c the resulting
disk just make a "Check Disk Drive" error when I tried to boot it.
It's possible that I messed up somewhere along the line because I only
had one drive, which means I needed to do about 40 disk swaps. If you
want it I can send you a copy.
