Two more cards to identify...help again? :-)

First, thanks to everyone who responded to my first post...it's been a while
since I used the II on a regular basis (my first computer was an Apple II Plus)
and I'm a little rusty. In the meantime, I have two more cards (actually more,
but three different ones)...could I impose upon all of you for more help,
please?

1. Card says "Interactive Structures Inc", "PR12", "REV D" and one chip has a
sticker with the words "IDI2 COLOR (C)I.S. 1982 R6.0" on it. There's a
connector
that looks like it could be for a Disk II except that it only has 16 pins.

2. Blue card, about the size of a IIe 80-column card but with a connector that
goes into a regular-type slot. (I compared the sizes.) It says "Fourth
Dimension Board 2" and one chip has a gold sticker indicating "Do Not Remove".
There's also an empty chip socket. (I have five of these.)

For those who wanted to buy the UDC and High-Speed SCSI cards, I'm trying to
find out if that's possible. We've got a ton of Apple II stuff (43 Workstation
cards, among others) and I'd love to see it go to good use, but since we're a
school district, state rules limit what we can do with it.

Thanks again for all your help!
