Ram Express II in a IIc+

I have a Ram Express II which I recently aquired and I can't get to
work in my IIc+. Does anyone know if it is supposed to work in one.

I think one of the Ram chips is bad since when I format it with ProDOS
utils, I name it RAM4. However, when I list volumes, it is mapped in
as BAM4 (R has a value of 0x52, while B is 0x42).

Also, I am seeking software and/or a photocopy of the manual. I would
like to be able to set the onboard clock for it.

Thanks
