VIDEO-7 IIE CARD --- what are the two switches for?

I just got a IIE card called VIDEO 7.  It fits in the AUX slot.]

I installed it ---- picture brightness and contrast are improved.

BUT --- what are the two DIP-switches for?   Both are presently ON.

My IIe monitor is the composite-color monitor.  It does not produce a
color picture at all!   Can adjustment of the dip switches restore the
