WAIT!!! IT STILL EXISTS!!!  I just had to move my pages a few times in 
recent months.  Try this:

If you know of anything which should be added to the archive let me know 
but please make sure it is no longer commercially available (I had to remove
Pascal 1.3 and MuMATH because they are still being sold)
