RamFAST SCSI ROM upgrades ?

I just acquired a RamFAST SCSI rev D with ROM 3.00h.

I know that it has later ROM revisions, for sure I seen 3.01f.

Where can I upgrade to the latest ROMs ? I couldn't  find a link in
Sequential System's page to purchase a ROM upgrade.

Can anyone tell me briefly what's the new stuff added since my current
ROM and the new one .... and any advantages of upgrading it ?

As well, can someone supply me the part numbers to buy for upgrading the
cache from 256k to 1Mb ?
