The IIc is pretty flexible.  The brick produces approximately +15VDC,
with a nominal supply current of 1.2A.

The IIc itself is able to accept a DC power source between +9V and +20V,
with a maximum power consumption of 25W.  You would need to adjust the
current capacity of the power supply accordingly.

The power connector has 7 pins, numbered clockwise from the locating
notch (which is at the top).  Pins 2 and 3 are electrical ground, pin 4
is shield ground (earth), pins 5 and 6 are the power input.  Pins 1 and
7 are not connected.

There have been reports of successfully running a IIc from a car battery
(via the cigarette lighter), with an LCD screen presumably.
