Nothing with enough pins, even if they had disguised the part number
enough.  That was my initial thought as well.

The question has been mostly answered anyway - it is from Sequential
Systems, and is a simple bank-switched RAM card with 1 MB of RAM.

(The only unresolved issue is whether it is 100% compatible with the
RamWorks cards.)
