Look for a Macintosh Greek TrueType font and just copy it
to your GS font folder assuming you have Pointless installed.

You might want to turn on the "VideoKeyboard" desk
accessory (NDA) because most likely, you don't have
Greek keycaps.  ;-)

Even the IIe can do Greek.  Back in the days when I used
GEOS on the IIe (and occasionally hooked it up to a Postscript
printer for stunning results) there was a Greek font that came
with that operating system.
