i've got a //c here with the proprietary apple serial ports (5 pin - exactly like an old fat keyboard connector) and my goal is to connect this to either a 25 or 9 pin serial port on a 486 for serial logins on a linux machine. the problem is i dont have the RS-232 cable for the apple's serial ports. any suggestions? has anyone successfully used a //c as a dumb terminal?
