I haven't read anything that exciting sense Apple's stock went up to $42 a
share.  Is it there yet?
Get out your 35MM cameras, boot up your Apple II's and.or IIgs', find yourself
a flatbed scanner to connet via SCSI and get ready for a 'A2 & IIgs 
flatbed-scan - Digitizing Picture Dev. Party' on ACN soon.  ANN. to follow
later.  I've been digging deep in the 'Oldie A2 Dev.' vaults and closets from
Apple :)  Many very rare and very useful goodies have been discovered.

Contrary to what some A2 community members say about me, I do want to see as
many new
apps. etc. for the A2 and GS that anybody has the motivation to do; commercial,
shareware, freeware, postcardware, public domain or whatever!

So, in my never-ending quest to stimulate new programmers to develop new things
for the Apple II's and IIgs, by providing them with the free tools and
materials they might need to make that special killer app. become a working
reality, I'm taking only the best freely available offerings now from the
oldest and the best of the Apple II and IIgs programmers - thru the entire
Apple II Alumni collectives - all the way back to 1989.

PS: The ever-diligent Baruda bird from GS WorldView tells me Nathan has all his
A2GS hardware and other stuff for sale via the A2 Forum Messageboard.  He seems
to want to sell it before the A2 pirate ring drives the value down even more. 
Surely somebody who rates good in Nathan's mind - wants to buy it.  I sure
don't want or need any of it.  Not that he'd sell it to me anyway.  In fact, I
think he's excluding its sale to anybody he deemed to be evil in the A2
community.  My house is so full of Apple II's and IIgs', manuals, mags and
hardware,  now, I can hardly get around in it without knocking a box over
somewhere.  Maybe I should even
put my excess A2 stuff up for sale on the CSA2 marketplace, make a little money
for a change and, and, dare I say it...post it for sale also on the
messageboard of D(: no nevermind).
