True, if you're not looking for SPEED of the print, just want to go on
with other 16-bit things, then it's a good enough program.  :)

Okay, here's my thing:  I keep Express turned off at the icon level
instead of at the CDev level because it causes some sort of system
problem for me, can't remember right now what it is :) but basically I
can't keep it in memory due to conflicts so I activate it and reboot,
then deactivate it and reboot, and never touch the CDev menu itself.

This is true.  Noticed on ftp://apple.cabi.net there is a file called
Express Utilities, which according to the docs adds some functions
related to Express and its spools.

As noted, I have my boot icons turned off, so I have never seen what
Kangaroo puts up (only what Hierarchic puts up, which *does not turn
off*).  The problem mentioned earlier is this:  I have an init that
puts a screen of my choosing up during the startup, and usually the
boot icons pop up in the present (not default) color palate.  But
Hierarchic uses the default palate, screwing up the picture, and as
said you can't turn the boot icon of that program off... grrr!
