We obviously see things a little differently. From my perspective, I 
think we could "avoid this weekly debate and rigamarole" only when those 
who operate ftp sites start to respect other people's copyrights.

As long as they continue to take liberties with property that doesn't 
belong to them, we will have a problem. And, to tell the truth, I'm 
getting mighty sick and tired of having to constantly deal with it.
