Using WS_FTP or similar, go to ftp://ground.ecn.uiowa.edu/
then go to the apple2/ uploads folder.  You can upload from
there.  Use binary mode.

You can also do this by Netscape.  The "upload file" option
under the file menu gets undimmed when you enter the
uploads folder.
