    Seems no one has mentioned MEI/Micro Center, this is where I've been

getting my disks for years.  For example:

    3.5" DS/DD disks are $.22 ea if you only order 25, drops to $.19 ea
if order 1000
    5.25" DS/DD are $.19 ea for 100,  $.16 ea for 1000.
