Apple IIGS newbie

Hello,

    I'm trying to get a freebie IIGS up and running. At this point I
have a IIGS, RGB monitor, two 5 1/4 drives, one 3 1/2 drive, 1MB RAM.
I've also got a PowerComputing Mac close. I currently have no IIGS
software on disk. Is there a way I can make a disk for the IIGS using my
Mac so it will boot and let me do stuff with it?  I've checked out sites
like ftp.apple.asimov, but didn't see any utilities specifically for
that purpose.
