That is the card. It has a resistor network (221-331), therefore it
seems to be the later rev., but I'll have to check the FCC ID first.

TWS told me that the Sider drive has a SASI interface, this was the
pedecessor of SCSI 1. We used SASI with OS9 based CNC systems some years
ago. 
Old SCSI drives (ST225N, P40S, ...) should work with SASI, but I will
still need a formatting and partitioning utility. A *.dsk image would be
the best.
