I'm curious - why isn't this discussion being directed at Quality? Has any body
else besides me contacted them? (They don't listen to me - never have.) If I
had paid $60-$100 for AppleWorks 5 (which I didn't), I sure would want to
protect my investment.  Patrick has outlined the 'procedure' pretty clearly -
you may not like it, but that's the deal. So, why not yell at Quality - they
need to be told exactly what to do - URL's, name, e-mail address. Don't make it
too complicated. The simpler the better. Good luck!
