Probably not, unless you require a bootable hard disk
image already set up or the software you have is not
the most recent.

I'm not certain how many drives it will take, but I'd put the SuperDrives
and the Apple 3.5 drives on the SuperDrive controller's chain and I'd
put the card into slot 5. This will let you set slot 6 to "Disk Port" and
let you run the 5.25" drives on the GS' drive port. The SuperDrive
controller cannot run 5.25" drives.
