Neo Winston went through the machinations to connect a Mac LC and an
ADTPro server via the Apple IIe card (Apple part 820-0444-A). He was
thoughtful enough to take screen shots and notes of the setup
necessary, so that's available for anyone who wants to do the same

If you've got experience with getting this working, I'd be interested
in knowing if setting the serial card mode to modem vs. printer also
affects the type of cable you need (null modem/printer vs. straight
through).
