Maybe it's possible to write a program that rings the GS's modemport
(thus not the Mac serial port) when someone tries to telnet into the GS?

The idea is to put my BBS back online. I might get a permanent cable
connection to internet for that purpose. I understand there are Mac and
Wintel BBS programs that work with Telnet. I'd love to see Bernie able
to do that too.

This Apple BBS software works in Prodos 8, so Marinetti wouldn't be a
solution I guess.

Any ideas?
