You realize that Applied Engineering used to SELL "heavy-duty" power supplies 
for Apple //e owners who converted the innards of their //e to a //gs?

Your back-conversion method is dangerous for a //gs owner who's near the 
35-watt rated capacity of a //e power supply, but safely within the 65-watt 
rating of a //gs supply.

If I were you, instead of trumpeting this unsafe measure I'd be buying out 
Applied Engineering's old stock of //gs supplies and reselling them.
