The only way I can think is to change your e-mail address.  I signed up for
one of those "e-mail forwarding" accounts from Iname and I use it if I ever
have to post anything with a non-spam-ified e-mail address.  Then, if I don't
want that e-mail, I change the forward and it will bounce right back to them.
