3.5 scsi

Does anybody know if I can install a 3.5" SCSI drive (like a drive made for
the Mac) in a IIGS?  My main concern is getting power to the drive, and if a
particular SCSI card will work (like the apple scsi card) with these drives.
Or, do you need a special drive for this.
