Looking to get back into apple 2 stuff

I've got a ROM 01 GS, looking to get back into the hobby. Any ideas? I"m
thinking 14 mhz processor, 80 mb
scsi drive, (can one use any plain old SCSI drive with gs'es?), as much
ram as i can buy....14.4 modem, maybe a vid card.
Someone please direct me to some product web sites with the the above
stuff.
