Aha! Pointless has a list of installed fonts, and it probably uses a
full pathname to keep track of where they are. Go into the Pointless
control panel, remove all the fonts (you might need to rename the volume
to 'AA' for this part), then add them back again (after restoring the
new name, if appropriate).
I haven't tried this myself but I expect it is all that is required.
