Ick. Something has hard coded the name of your boot volume into its
preference file or something.
It could very well be Pointless as I believe it can store your True
Type fonts in a directory other that the *:System:Fonts folder and its
pointer to this other directory may contain the full path of that
directory. Which would be why it keeps asking for disk AA.
Try changing the preferences for Pointless and see if that helps. Or
wait for someone who actually owns Pointless to come along and offer
some advice. :)
