Looking for Apple IIe MMU/IOU docs/schematics

Hi,

I'm trying to debug some hardware, and I need some docs/schematics
for the MMU and IOU chips.  Also, a disassembled ROM listing would be handy.

Please respond to me directly, as I don't visit this newsgroup often.
