Note that there is nothing 'official' about a FAQ.  A FAQ posting comes
about when someone starts posting something on a regular basis.  If they
wish to have their posting archived where other frequently posted
usenet articles appear, then they read the 'rules of the road' for
the news.answers newsgroup relating to FAQs.  By following those rules,
they can request their frequently posted articles be cross posted into
news.answers as well as comp.answers.  That's about as 'official' as they
get - at least for this newsgroup.
