As I said, _most_ of my Apple II stuff was work for hire for SQC, Kitchen
Sink, and others. Almost all of the rest (including some software) has
already been released to the public domain. Anything that's already PD,
of course, is fair game. I do believe I have a few programs and text
files still accessible on Genie (one explains how to attach a IIe power
supply to a IIc, for instance). Those can be found by searching on one or
the other of my e-mail addresses, J.KINDALL or A2.JERRY, there. I also
have some stuff from Ariel Publishing's newsletters (The Sourceror's
Apprentice, Reboot, and 8/16) which I believe I personally own the rights
to. (I have to check with the publisher.) If I find this stuff (I'm
currently unpacking from a recent move) I'll probably type it up and post
it on my Web site, as IMHO it's still useful for people trying to do
Applesoft or 6502 assembly programming. It will be public domain and once
it appears on my site anyone will be welcome to do whatever they like with
it.
Keep in mind that some of that stuff was written nigh unto 10 years ago
and, well, reflects the fact that I was a teenager at the time... <g>
I've inquired about getting the rights to MicroDot from Kitchen Sink and
would like to release a revised version of it as freeware, so please don't
contact them at this point. I kind of doubt they will go for this,
though.
SQC might be persuaded to allow some II Alive issues or articles to be
made available, but they'll probably insist on having them on their Web
site. I'll talk to them too, as they're more likely to let me have access
to their site because of my past association.
