The Apple ][+ power supply is interchangeable with the Apple //e power supply.
And, if you have a Woz signature GS (I do!), that motherboard has both the 
Apple IIgs connector and the Apple ][ power connector (although a fully 
loaded, accelerated GS would drain a ][+ power supply of every bit of 
juice faster than a swarm of mosquitos on a northwoods camper...).

Years ago I was in the Apple II service business, I took an old Apple serial 
card and wired a power supply to it so I could just pop in the card and power 
up a system that way (great way to see if indeed it was the power supply that 
was cooked). 

The schematics for the power supply used to be widely available, I 
unfortunately left mine behind.....
