I agree, the DuoDisk, when you get one that works perfectly, is just
great! I use a DuoDisk on my Rom 3 IIgs. I also just today got two more
of them in a swap deal ---- this means I now have _seven_ DuooDisks!
Comments:
(a) Mitch Spector of Montreal Canada has instructions on a small analog
card fix that should be done to any DuoDisk that is "flaky."
(b) Yes, with a second interface card, you can run BOTH duodisks on your
IIe. Possibly, power supply overload might be a problem. SOLUTION ----
get a famous BUGG-POWER unit from me ---- it will power all the
accessories you can fit into the IIe or IIgs slots! 150 watts --- just
$27 plus shipping (Shipping is $5 within USA; $12 to Canada or Alaska or
Hawaii). Have shipped 185 units of Bugg-Power since April 1996; will it
reach #200 in time for KansasFest '98???? !
