Keep in mind that any standard tape deck with a mono mini-jack input (mic)
and output (headphones) will do.  There are in/out ports on the ][e that plug
into the tape player.  Just start the tape.  You should consult the user's
guide, though, as there is a time delay for the output signal to stabalize on
the tape, before writing to it.  Also, you must be careful that the input
levels, when reading from the tape into the computer, is not too high or the
port will blow.
