4.3, which you are apparently incapable of reading and comprehending
before opening your mouth... I've mentioned this site to you many
times and the necessary clues have apparently not penetrated your
skull. The motherboard still locks the speed, as the timing
oscillators are on the motherboard. And upping the motherboard
oscillator would be asking for serious trouble in all aspects-- many
to most parts are not rated to go faster.
