I have the PDF version of that book myself! I downloaded it from:
ftp://ftp.apple.asimov.net/pub/apple_II/documentation/games/golden_flutes_and_great_escapes.pdf
It also says it's the TRS-80 version -- but I guess Delton wrote them
for a TRS-80 before translating them to an Apple.
What's even better is that some guy named C.E. Forman took the Apple
versions of these games and translated them into DOS. The link to that
file is here:
http://www.ifarchive.org/if-archive/games/pc/gfge.zip
Forman changed up some of the games a bit (e.g. he added high scores
to MARS), and the MARS program is a little buggy (for example,
climbing mountains doesn't work, and high scores don't work on
DOSBox), but otherwise, all four games are more or less true to form.
I've tried looking for Forman, to contact him about the source code
for these games, but his current e-mail address must be unlisted or
unpublished, because I've found a couple of e-mail addresses as to
where he might be, but neither of those work. But, if you're looking
for the games, if-archive is where you want to go -- but you'll need
to download DOSBox (at http://www.dosbox.com) before you can play DOS
games on your machine, because NT-based versions of Windows (including
Windows 2000, ME, XP, Vista, and 7) will not play these games.
Good luck! I hope you find what you're looking for.
