I'm going through my Apple II collection with a renewed vigor, and
I've come across a program or two I am having problems backing up. For
example, a wonderful game called Threshold from 1981 by On-line Systems.
It was written by Ken Williams and Warren Schwader. I have the original
disk here, and I'm trying to make a copy with Copy II+ 8.2. However,
even using the param file isn't producing a working copy. Any tips of
how to get some of these_very_ old and worn diskettes backed up?

On approach that works for many oldies is to just download the disk
image from Asimov and convert it to diskette form. For example, you can
find a disk image for Threshold at ...
