Your best buy is a Focus Hard Card 80MB or 120MB drive from
Alltech. (Check to make sure it comes with System 6.0.1 installed.) The
Focus drive comes with its own IDE interface-- you just plug it into
Slot 7 and set Boot Slot to 7.
With the RamFAST SCSI interface, the Zip makes a fair 'hard drive'.
It is slower than a hard disk and the total Zip + RamFAST cost is about
twice that of a Focus-80. A Zip Drive is very nice on a IIgs, but,
mainly as an extension to hard disk storage, not a substitute.
If you do not already have a 4MB mem expansion card, you will want
one in order to handle Sys 6. Alltech's Sirius board with 4MB or 8MB is
one option.

This is something I've never tried. A file-sharing guru is sure to
know.
