I wanted to make everybody aware of the existing program 'SendPostScript IIgs
v1.6 by M. Vincent Hemeury, with program material from Gary Little and Jim
Sullivan, which also has supportive PostScript use with; Acrobat.PS, Excel.PS,
Jpeg.standard.PS, Repair.PS, TGA.Cont.PS and Word2.PS and selective PS
Utilities
included for use within the program. The progrtam is able to use drag and drop
with GSOS Finder v6.01 provided you also have the program MultiSwitch 1.3 also
active and available. This program is available for download from Ground as a
ShrinkIt GS archive file: SPS.SHK - located in the 1WSW folder, which can be
found
in the Collections folder from this url.

Three disks of PostScript fonts were available with the programs release to
extend the Apple IIGS' PostScript fonts library. One was shipped to me with the
program. It's available in the 1WSW folder on Ground, as the ShrinkIt GS
archive file: FD1.SHK - from this url.

A multitude of PostScript fonts can also be found for downloads from many areas
of the Internet to extend the Apple IIGS' PostScript fonts library even more
today.
As I posted a few days back with several other program and HCGS stack concepts,
proposals and projects, I'm going to coordinate the development of a freeware
program and/or Hypercard IIgs stack - based on portions of the SendPostScript
program contents with other sources, to allow extracting and saving of the
standard text within PS and PDF format files. I welcome anybody willing to
assist
with this effort to bring this project to a released reality. If you are
interested in
helping with this project - please reply by email to: cturley@grin.net
Cheers,
Tom
